Thanks to this site for all the great themes for those who dont know after you have downloaded theme you have to go to PSP File on memory stick then go to Theme File open it copy and paste PTF File only then exit usb mode go to theme settings and ta da themes are there.
To use these themes, you need to have 3.71 (official for custom) firmware and in your PSP directory on your computer, in there go to PSP in there make a folder called THEME if there isnt already and put the .ptf of the theme in there.
on your PSP, go to Settings –> Theme Settings –> Theme and select your theme =D

yea im having the same problem, i downloaded the 176 XMB thing too, but i can never find them on my psp

extract those files first..after that there would be a file appearing and that file is the one you are going to paste on your psp….
