how can u put the rar files as a theme in the psp??

just unzip or wizard them with the program WinRar
google search winrar its free
then install winrar
then in the file there should be a .ptf file put that on ur psp when its plugged into ur computer with ur usb cable

I can’t find the ptf file anywhere.
